1) First of all, ALL COMPANY MUST REGISTER THEMSELVES WITH SSM

     ini mmg perkara wajib ble nk setup company. Register dgn SSM, tp ap function dorang ni sbnanye?

     A) Dorg ni akan check sama ada ade len company yg da register with the same name as urs, so xdela clash name company. 

     B) Dorang akan register kan company korg so nti klo nk bukak kedai ka, sewa tapak ka, nk apply lesen perbandaran ka..depa nk no SSM ni. 

     Bayaran ntuk register company ni RM70 for 1st year. And tahun2 berikutnye RM60 for renewal. TIPS : Address and company name kne betol sbb nti kalo ada kedai nk bukak, alamat utama perniagaan refer kat SSM nye registration. So in take note sket laa..klo xfan tanya ja kat kaunter pertanyaan, pokcik/uncle tu sgt frenly. (ni kat Plaza Alam Sentral lvl 3). Sebarang pertukaran akan dikenakan caj sebanyak RM30 xslap contohnye nk tuka address ka, no contact ka...

2) Second of all, APPLY LICENSE WITH MAJLIS PERBANDARAN ***bagi sesiapa nk wat kedai la..***

    Sbb kedai kami kat Klang so kami apply with MPK (Majlis Perbandaran Klang). Nak apply lesen ni senang je...

    A) P amek borang kat kaunter (bayar RM1 untuk borang)

    B) Isi form, nti ade la details2 die nk cam cukai tanah, CF, cukai taksiran, surat sewa and mcm2 lagi. SSM cert pun kena attached. 

    C) Submit form and tggu dorang semak, lepas tu bayar la.. Ntuk bayaran, stiap perniagaan ada bayaran yg lain2..ntuk kedai permainan, RM540 as total for license and pengiklanan. (mase nk bayar tu, cit gle buat duit btol MPK ni..)

ok, yg bab2 ni da setel..so korang leh la proceed ntuk next step! deco kedai ka apa ka..

Nowadays kte mmg dapat tgk bebudak skarang xlekang dengan Ipad, pak mak depa nye smartphones and other gadgets. rasenye kte smua pon tau da kot ape kesan2 dia...

"A mini 4WD is any miniature model within the mini scale of between 1/20 (1:20) to 1/48 (1:48) scale.Currently, in 2014, the term is popularized predominately by a 1/32 (1:32) scaled, AA battery powered plastic model race car without remote control. All four (4) wheels are direct-drive, thus "4WD" for 4-wheel drive, as opposed to "AWD" or All-wheel drive.
